To the right of the main house with a path leading to and fro, this small barn has six stalls with a connecting paddock. They are usually all separated to prevent fighting, exercised at different times unless being ridden. On one side of the barn is a tack shed containing all of the specific tack for each stallion.

To the left of the main house with a wider trodden path leading to it is the Mare & Gelding barn. There are two foaling stalls and 6 regular stalls with a large paddock connecting to the stalls. There is also a spacious tack room containing all of the tack for each horse. There is an office on the other side slightly smaller than the tack room.

A little ways away from the stables and the house is a large oval ring with high jumps set up. There are usually group lessons held here because of the space.

A little ways besides the bigger jumping ring lies a smaller one, still oval in shape but set up with smaller jumps. Generally used for private warm ups and beginner jumping lessons.

A large square dressage ring is set past the jumping arenas. The letters are all set up at their respective places.

Behind the house and connected to the feed shed is the Breeding Shed, where the magic happens.
