<, classic POLARiS
>, northern aussie
<. sometimes, when you're wandering around, you notice an oasis, and for our owners here, classic polaris is our oasis in the rough.
the classic stables lives up to it's name, being the haven for those who happen upon the peaceful towns in the north side of australia. the area is vast and a gorgeous place to simply enjoy a rest in the middle of your travels. situated near beautiful rock formations, small mountains, and other natural landmarks, the stables are very well secluded and protected from the natural elements. the climate here is reasonable, too.
classic polaris was built on the plains, hoping to make it a nice surrounding for nourishing some of the best cross country horses. our facilities were built around the idea of all around amazing horses, and to train them to be the best that they can be--- of course, we need to keep the money reasonable, and we don't all start out as billionaires. in the plains and the dry heat, we felt the western influence take over, and started to train gymkhana horses too in the hopes to bring strains of horses with great agility into our programs.poppin bottles in the ice, like a BLiZZARD ;;now i'm feelin' so FLY LIKE A G6 ;;
main discipline;; cross-country // gymkhana
facilities;;
The Main Boarder's Barn [BB] ;; our barns are all two floors, the top being where we store things, the lower being where the horses reside. there are thirty stalls, in the hopes of helping to pay for the stables. these stalls are well maintained by the three grooms here. each stall has it's own paddock so that the horses can enjoy both the outdoors and the indoors. The Office is the first door inside, where you can find the manager of all commercial etc issues. There are three tack rooms, each in their individual wings. This barn is also shaped in a ' U ' shape, the inside courtyard having picnic tables and a water fountain so people can rest. Connected to the courtyard is a small kitchen and a meeting room. Here people can rest or just chat. There are also two restrooms and two wash racks. Besides the restrooms, there are two vending machines where the visitors can grab a quick treat or two. Outside, by the third wing, opposite to the office, is the handicapped ramp for handicapped people to use when mounting, and also for young children to use when mounting the horses.
The Training Barn [TB] ;; An elegant old barn, nearly as old as the very oasis, housing all the horses undertaking rigorous training. Here we house many expensive equipment rooms etc. Including a fully equipped gym for training the best of the best horses, and tip top trainers to lead exercises with a professional job. There are a few ponds of different depths, each enclosed within a small structure, to keep all grime and other sorts of unwanted things from entering the pools. Horses are trained in strength within these pools, but depending on their abilities, they are put through different pools."has been well established amongst trainers and owners in all equestrian groups the world over. In addition to building basic muscle tone, it provides exercise and development to underutilized muscles and expands and strengthens the heart and lungs. Swimming has been shown to reduce the recovery time of horses after surgery, injury or lameness, while at the same time maintaining or improving their condition. Most importantly, it provides a form of exercise where there is low risk of injury and the horse is not subjected to the pounding that track or field work provides."

Main House [MH] ;; You wouldn't expect the owners to live in the barn would you? No, they live in relative comfort, with decent sized bedrooms, and a nice spacious house. Inside here is also the office where all the paperwork is done and anything else that isn't outdoor related. During the times of rain and others, the shelter the house gives other may be little but it's nice. It is rumored there is a secret library inside the house somewhere, but wherever it is, nobody really knows about it. Even if it did exist, who would really care anyways?
Dormitory ;; Here is where all the students and workers live. Although the name is a dormitory like a school, it works just like any other apartment building, having singles and doubles, and some can request roommates and the like. There are always extra guest rooms available here for people who are only staying a short while to dwell in. Although all the rooms are of about the same quality, everyone is allowed to decorate as they please, only keeping it so that there's nothing that would evoke fire hazards. Each room has at least one closet, depending on if it's a single or double.
There are three floors, and every few rooms is a double, but all doubles can be made single and visa versa as they are all joint rooms with doors between. Every few two rooms there is a solid wall to support the building.
Breeder's Barn ;; This elegant big barn is split into three wings, one being the stallions, one being the mares, and then the young foals have the furthest wing. Here there are many things, and every wing has it's own tack room. The entire barn is built in the same manner as the other two, although a bit bigger in every way. For the capacity here is about three times a normal barn, holding up to 60 horses. The area on the top of the barn is where the feed is stored etc. The is also a nice small kitchen and feed area spread around so people can conveniently store things. There are restrooms are the joint between wings, so it's not too far. Along with various wash racks all over.
Trails ;; The surrounding areas are a great host to numerous trails of different kinds, including a cross country course. These trails are of various length, and of varying shades. The most famous is the Polaris Run, being a 2.4 mile cross country course often used for inside competitions with other horses within.
